For Home Owners
Your gate or garage opens automatically via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. Arrival routines disarm the alarm, set the HVAC, and cue the first scene — before you put down your bags.
Air conditioning syncs with occupancy and open windows. Cool only the rooms with people in them. Pause HVAC when a window opens. Keep your home comfortable without paying for empty rooms.
Lights and blinds adjust to weather and sun for comfort and views. Scenes for morning, evening, entertaining, and movie nights — triggered by voice, keypad, or schedule.
RGB LEDs sync with your TV for immersive movie nights. Multiroom audio follows you through the home. One voice command dims the lights, closes the blinds, and starts the film.
Get notified when the water tank is nearly empty. Automate watering based on soil humidity. Turn off fans and lights in empty rooms. See monthly insights on usage trends.
Welcome to the future of living, powered by HomeIQ. You've equipped your home with smart sensors and controllers — the foundation for a truly intelligent living space. The real magic happens when these devices work together through automation scripts: rules that tell your home how to react to different situations.
Imagine your home anticipating your needs — enhancing comfort, boosting security, and saving resources, all without you lifting a finger. Across the region, where managing climate and resources effectively adds so much to comfort, automation makes a significant difference. With HomeIQ's flexible system and your array of sensors, the possibilities are vast.
Morning routine — Trigger: presence detected. Action: blinds open with the sunrise, lights brighten to a warm glow, and the coffee machine starts brewing. A seamless start to the day.
Movie night — Trigger: Movie Time activated via voice assistant. Action: lights dim automatically, the TV powers on, and RGB LEDs shift to a cinematic blue. Your living room becomes a private theatre.
Security alert — Trigger: door opens at night. Action: outdoor lights flash to deter intruders, a notification alerts your phone, and the door locks securely. Peace of mind, automatically.
Every HomeIQ automation follows the same framework.
Trigger — an event detected by a sensor. Motion detected. Door opened. Temperature rises above 28°C. Presence cleared for five minutes.
Condition (optional) — specific circumstances that must also be true. Only run if it's after sunset. Only if no one is home. Only in peak heat hours.
Action — what a controller should do in response. Turn on a light. Adjust the HVAC. Close the blinds. Send a notification. Lock the door.
Layer triggers, conditions, and actions together and the home starts to feel like it thinks.
Trigger: indoor temperature above 27°C or humidity above 70%. Condition: presence detected. Action: cooling and dehumidifying mode, adjusted to your target. Variation: use mmWave occupancy sensors to cool only rooms with people. Pause HVAC when a window opens.
Trigger: ambient light below 50 lux or after 6 PM. Condition: someone enters the room. Action: warm 2700K lighting at 80% brightness. Variations: pathway lighting at 10–15% late at night; relax mode with amber RGB; sunrise simulation over 15 minutes before wake-up; lights fade out after 15 minutes in an empty room.
Trigger: indoor temperature rising quickly or outdoor light sensor detecting intense sun. Condition: peak heat hours (11 AM–4 PM). Action: close blinds and curtains on sun-facing windows to block heat and reduce HVAC load. Variation: open blinds 30 minutes after sunrise in living areas.
Trigger: Movie Time scene activated via app or voice. Action: turn on the TV and AV receiver, set input to media player, dim lights to 10%, close blinds, start a quiet fan. Variation: if playback is paused for more than 5 minutes, slowly raise lights to 30%.
Trigger: presence arriving home (mmWave zone near entrance, or the garage door sensor changing to Open). Action: entryway and living-room lights on, HVAC to Home profile, inner gates open. Reverse: no presence for 15 minutes or Goodbye scene activated — lights and fans off, HVAC to Away, gates and garage closed.
Trigger: a window or door sensor reports Open. Condition: system is in Away mode or it's late at night (12 AM–5 AM). Action: outdoor lights flash and a notification lands on your phone. Advanced: mmWave sensors detect unexpected presence when the house should be empty.
Trigger: gate or garage door sensor reads Open for longer than 10 minutes. Condition: after sunset. Action: a notification — 'Gate / garage appears to be open. Close it?' — with a one-tap control. Variation: your authorised phone arrives within GPS range (geofencing) and the main gate opens automatically.
Trigger: mmWave sensor reports a room empty for 5 minutes. Condition: HVAC is actively cooling that room. Action: turn off lights and fans, set back HVAC. Variations: if ambient light is sufficient, dim or turn off artificial lights. If a window reports Open, pause HVAC and send an alert.
Trigger: soil humidity in a garden zone reads below 35%. Condition: it hasn't rained recently and it's early morning. Action: turn on the watering system for that zone. Safeguards: turn it off at 65% to avoid overwatering. Tank below 20% or above 95% — pump on or off. Daily usage 50% above average — send a leak alert.
Monthly reports on energy, water, and HVAC usage — showing trends, anomalies, and whether recent automations are actually saving you anything. See where the home is efficient and where it isn't, in one dashboard.
Detects micro-movements like breathing, ensuring lights don't turn off while you're sitting still. The frustration of waving at a motion sensor mid-film — gone.
Tailors HVAC or lighting based on how many people are in a room. Cool for two, cool harder for eight, cool not at all when no-one's there.
Define active zones within a room. Turn on the desk lamp only when you're at the desk. Keep the living-room dim when you're in the reading corner.
Detects heart rate to confirm presence when movement is minimal. Especially useful for bedrooms and reading spaces where you want the system to know you're there without needing to move.
The true power of HomeIQ is in combining triggers, conditions, and actions to match your lifestyle. Think about your daily flow.
What parts of your routine could be smoother? Where could you save energy or water? How can the home feel more secure, more comfortable, more yours?
Start with one or two simple automations. See how they work. Then gradually build more complex scenarios. With HomeIQ and your array of sensors and controllers, you have everything you need to craft a truly intelligent, responsive, and personalised home.

“We didn't want a smart home. We wanted a home that just worked. HomeIQ gave us that. The arrival routine, the morning routine, the way it handles the heat — we stopped noticing the automation, which is the point.”
