For luxury homeowners and busy families. Priority response and live chat, remote white-glove setup, quarterly optimisation, full remote configuration of new devices. Everything in Essentials included.

Bespoke Concierge — $999 / month

For VIP clients, estates, and second homes. Instant callback with a personal advisor, end-to-end setup via onsite concierge, monthly insights and behaviour tuning, unlimited onsite callouts and new device setup, predictive alerts, and multi-home synced routines. Everything from Essentials and Signature included.
